Vi vill informera om några saker och samtidigt be alla att hjälpas åt att ta hand om vår gemensamma fastighet.
Ytterdörrar
Vi vill påminna om vikten av att ytterdörrarna hålls stängda. Om ni ser att en ytterdörr står öppen ber vi er vänligen att se till att den stängs, så att obehöriga inte kan ta sig in i huset.
Om ni ser att sladd till dörröppnare har dragits ur, ber vi er också att hjälpa till att sätta tillbaka dem. Detta underlättar för boende med barnvagnar och för personer med funktionsnedsättning.
Växt saknas i port 18
Det saknas en växt i port 18. Om någon har sett någon ta växten eller på annat sätt sabotera, ber vi er att höra av er till styrelsen.
Miljörummet
Styrelsen arbetar ständigt för att hålla nere alla kostnader och undvika avgiftshöjningar.
Det har varit väldigt mycket felsorterat avfall i miljörummet den senaste tiden, bland annat matpåsar och annat som har hamnat i fel kärl. Detta avfall tas inte med av bolaget som tömmer kärlen. I stället lämnas det kvar på golvet, vilket innebär extra kostnader för föreningen eftersom tömningstiden blir längre än planerat.
Har man sorterat hemma och tagit sig ner till miljörummet är det viktigt att man också ser till att avfallet hamnar i rätt kärl. Vi ber därför alla att vara noggranna med sorteringen.
Det är tråkigt att behöva städa efter andra, men detta är vår gemensamma fastighet och vi behöver hjälpas åt.
När du ser skräp som har ställts eller slängts fel får du gärna mejla en bild till thebrickterra@outlook.com och ange datum och tid. Detta hjälper oss att leta i kameramaterialet.

Passa på att gå dit med sådant som inte kan slängas i miljörummet.

Information and Reminders for Residents
Hello neighbors,
We would like to share some information and, at the same time, ask everyone to help take care of our shared property.
Exterior Doors
We would like to remind everyone of the importance of keeping the exterior doors closed. If you see that an exterior door is open, please make sure that it is closed so that unauthorized persons cannot enter the building.
If you notice that cables to door openers or similar equipment have been unplugged, we also ask you to help plug them back in. This makes it easier for residents with prams and for people with disabilities to enter and exit the building.
A Plant Is Missing from Entrance 18
A plant is missing from entrance 18. If anyone has seen someone take the plant or otherwise vandalize or damage property, please contact the Board.
Recycling Room
The Board is constantly working to keep costs down and avoid increases in the monthly fees.
There has been a significant amount of incorrectly sorted waste in the recycling room recently, including food bags and other items that have been placed in the wrong bins. This waste is not collected by the company that empties the bins. Instead, it is left on the floor, which results in additional costs for the association because the collection takes longer than planned.
If you have sorted your waste at home and taken it down to the recycling room, it is important to make sure that it is also placed in the correct bin. We therefore ask everyone to be careful and sort their waste correctly.
It is unfortunate to have to clean up after others, but this is our shared property and we all need to help out.
If you see rubbish that has been placed or thrown in the wrong place, please feel free to email a photo to thebrickterra@outlook.com and include the date and time. This helps us search the camera footage.
TIP! The Recycling Collection Round is taking place this Saturday
Take the opportunity to bring items that cannot be disposed of in the recycling room.
