Grilla med hänsyn och respekt för brandrisk

Sommaren är här och med den kommer grilldoft och kvällsmys. Men i flerbostadshus krävs extra omtanke och försiktighet. Grillen står på gården ovanför port 18 och är på test inför eventuell investering i en mer permanent grill till nästa år.

Här är vad som gäller i BRF the BRiCK terra:

Regler för grillning på gården

✅ Endast kolgrill är tillåten på avsedd plats
✅ Grillen ska placeras minst 5 meter från fasaden
❌ Gasolgrillar är förbjudna
❌ Tändvätska eller T-sprit får inte användas

🚫 Checklista vid grillning

Se till att grillen inte står för nära brännbara föremål.

Ha alltid tillgång till brandfilt, brandsläckare eller vatten vid grillning.

Lämna aldrig grillen utan uppsikt medan den används, och håll uppsikt tills den har svalnat helt.

Grilla gärna med locket på. Sätt alltid på locket när du grillat klart.

Efter kl. 21.30 är grillning inte tillåten.

Var noga med att släcka elden ordentligt innan du lämnar platsen.

Städa efter dig och lämna aldrig kvar föremål som kan vara farliga för barn eller husdjur.

Rengör grillen när du är färdig från matrester för att minska risken för ohyra.

Det är inte tillåtet att använda kolgrill om kommunen har utfärdat eldningsförbud.

Tänk på att grillos och höga ljudnivåer kan störa grannar.

💡 Tips för trygg grillning

Välj gärna vindstilla kvällar för att minska spridning av rök.

Håll barn och husdjur på säkert avstånd från grillen.

Tänk på att doft och rök snabbt kan spridas i en innergårdsmiljö.

Ha alltid vatten nära till hands om du snabbt behöver släcka en eld.

Rengör grillen efter användning.

Viktigt efter grillning

När du har grillat färdigt ska du säkerställa att grillen är helt släckt innan du lämnar den. Grillkol får absolut inte kastas bland hushållssoporna.

⚠️ OBS! Det kan ta upp till 24 timmar för grillkol att svalna och slockna helt.

❗ Kom ihåg att kontrollera om det råder eldningsförbud innan du börjar grilla. Vid eldningsförbud är all grillning förbjuden.

Grill with Consideration and Respect for Fire Safety

Summer is here, bringing the smell of barbecues and cozy evenings. However, in apartment buildings, extra care and caution are required. The grill is placed in the courtyard above entrance 18 and is being tested ahead of a possible investment in a more permanent grill for next year.

Here is what applies in BRF the BRiCK terra:

Rules for Grilling in the Courtyard

✅ Only charcoal grills are permitted in the designated area
✅ The grill must be placed at least 5 meters from the building façade
❌ Gas grills are prohibited
❌ Lighter fluid or methylated spirits may not be used

🚫 Grilling Checklist

Make sure the grill is not placed too close to flammable objects.
Always have access to a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, or water when grilling.
Never leave the grill unattended while in use, and supervise it until it has completely cooled down.
Preferably grill with the lid on. Always close the lid when you have finished grilling.
Grilling is not permitted after 9:30 PM.
Make sure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area.
Clean up after yourself and never leave behind objects that may be dangerous to children or pets.
Clean the grill after use and remove any food residue to reduce the risk of pests
It is not permitted to use a charcoal grill if the municipality has issued a fire ban.
Please remember that smoke and loud noise levels may disturb neighbors.

💡 Tips for Safe Grilling

Prefer calm evenings with little wind to reduce the spread of smoke.
Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the grill.
Be aware that smells and smoke spread quickly in a courtyard environment.
Always keep water nearby in case you need to extinguish a fire quickly.
Clean the grill after use.

Important After Grilling

When you have finished grilling, you must ensure that the grill is completely extinguished before leaving it. Charcoal must never be disposed of with household waste.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! It may take up to 24 hours for charcoal to cool down and be fully extinguished.

❗ Remember to check whether a fire ban is in effect before you start grilling. During a fire ban, all grilling is prohibited.

Grilling on balconies/patios

The association permits the use of electric grills on patios and balconies, but not gas or charcoal grills. This is partly due to fire safety reasons, but also because our air intake vents are located near the balcony doors. Smoke from grilling can therefore be very disruptive when it enters the apartments.
