Vanliga lägenhetsförråd
Till varje lägenhet hör ett förråd. Dessa är belägna på källarplan i port 12, 14 och 18. I första hand bör du fråga säljaren av lägenheten om vilket förråd som hör till just din bostad. Skulle du ändå inte hitta det, är du välkommen att kontakta styrelsen på thebrickterra@outlook.com för hjälp.
Extra förråd för uthyrning
Föreningen har sju extra förråd som hyrs ut. Dessa är 2,47 meter långa och 1,22 meter breda. Varje förråd har en egen dörr med separat nyckel.
- Hyra: 600 kr/månad (el ingår).
Större förråd
Det finns även två större förråd som är 2,40 meter långa och 2,10 meter breda. Dessa saknar fönster men är utrustade med tvättho (vatten) och eluttag. De passar utmärkt som exempelvis målarstudio/ateljé, för cykelmekanik eller liknande hobbys. El och vatten ingår. Skicka intresseanmälan via SBC.
Viktig information för hyrestagare
- Ansvar: Den som hyr utrymmet ansvarar själv för städning och att utrymmet återlämnas i samma skick som vid tillträdet när hyresperioden avslutas.
- Flytt: Vid försäljning av bostaden måste hyresavtalet för extraförråd sägas upp, då dessa endast får hyras av boende i föreningen.
- Intresseanmälan: Om du vill hyra ett utrymme ställer du dig i kö via SBC-portalen under menyn "Kö".
Storage Units and Premises
Standard Apartment Storage Units
Each apartment includes a storage unit. These are located in the basement level of entrances 12, 14, and 18. In the first instance, you should ask the seller of the apartment which storage unit belongs to your residence. If you are still unable to locate it, you are welcome to contact the board at thebrickterra@outlook.com for assistance.
Additional Storage Units for Rent
The association has seven extra storage units available for rent. These are 2.47 meters long and 1.22 meters wide. Each unit has its own door with a separate key.
- Rent: SEK 600/month (electricity included)
Larger Storage Units
There are also two larger storage units measuring 2.40 meters long and 2.10 meters wide. These units do not have windows but are equipped with a utility sink (water supply) and electrical outlets. They are well suited for activities such as a painting studio/workshop, bicycle mechanics, or similar hobbies. Electricity and water are included.

Important Information for Tenants
- Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for cleaning the space and returning it in the same condition as when the rental period began.
- Moving: If the apartment is sold, the rental agreement for any extra storage unit must be terminated, as these units may only be rented by residents of the association.
- Waiting List: If you would like to rent a space, you can join the waiting list via the SBC portal under the “Kö” menu.
