När du flyttar vet vi att det är mycket att tänka på. Därför vill vi här ge dig tips på vad du inte ska glömma.
Viktigt!
Tänk på att använda knappen på den automatiska dörruppställaren när du vill ställa upp ytterdörrarna vid utflyttning av möbler.
- Det finns en liten knapp uppe vid dörruppställarmotorn där du kan skifta mellan tre lägen. Använd det läge som får dörren att stå uppställd.
- Vänligen lämna inte entrédörren öppen utan uppsikt.
- Använd inte något fysiskt föremål som hindrar dörren från att stängas. Detta förstör elmotorn i dörruppställaren.
- Föreningen ser helst att utflytt sker genom entréerna på baksidan då innergårdarna inte är gjorda för biltrafik samt blockerar för utryckningsfordon.
- Möbler och annat som inte ska med till ny bostad får inte lämnas kvar i fastigheten, allt som tillhör dig ska med i din flytt. Kartonger och plast får slängas i miljörummet. Bortforsling av kvarlämnade saker kommer att debiteras.
Kom ihåg
- Lägenhetsförrådet ska vara tömt och i gott skick samt lämnas olåst.
- Cyklar, barnvagnar eller personliga tillhörigheter har tagits bort från gemensamma utrymmen.
- Säg upp garage-/parkeringsplats; hyreskontraktet överförs inte automatiskt för p-plats.
- Säg upp extraförråd om du hyr ett sådant.
Tele2
Du behöver själv kontakta Tele2 och fråga hur du ska göra med router och tv-mottagare då dessa inte tillhör föreningen.
Hushållsel
Du behöver själv kontakta Ellevio samt din elleverantör och säga upp abonnemanget.

Moving Out
FOR THOSE WHO ARE MOVING OUT
We wish you all the best with your move to your new home and thank you for your time as a member of BRF The BRiCK Terra. We hope you have enjoyed living here.
When moving, there are many things to keep in mind. Below you will find some important reminders.
Important information
- Please remember to use the button on the automatic door holder when propping open the entrance doors while moving furniture out.
- There is a small button on the door holder motor where you can switch between three modes. Use the mode that keeps the door open.
- Do not leave the entrance door open unattended.
- Do not use any physical object to keep the door open, as this may damage the electric motor in the door holder.
- The association prefers that moving out takes place via the rear entrances, as the courtyards are not designed for vehicle traffic and may block access for emergency vehicles.
- Furniture and other belongings that are not being taken to your new home must not be left in the property. Everything belonging to you must be removed when you move out. Cardboard and plastic should be disposed of in the recycling room. Removal of abandoned items will be charged to the resident.
Please remember
- The apartment storage unit must be emptied, left in good condition, and unlocked.
- Bicycles, strollers, and personal belongings must be removed from common areas.
- Cancel your garage/parking space; the rental contract is not transferred automatically.
- Cancel any extra storage unit if you are renting one.
Tele2
You must contact Tele2 yourself to find out how to handle your router and TV receiver, as these do not belong to the association.
Household electricity
You must contact Ellevio and your electricity supplier to terminate your electricity contract.
